For a DTC brand, the mailer box is the first physical thing your customer touches, and the moment they're most likely to photograph and post. We print roll-end tuck-top (RETT) and front-tuck mailers full-bleed inside and out, so the interior reveal does as much brand work as the lid. Add a crash-lock auto-bottom and your pack-out gets faster too. Digital runs start at 100 units; litho-laminated kicks in at 500+ when you want photographic-grade exterior print.
